Cancellation Policy
• If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as far in advance as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations / reschedules can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will not be refunded if paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with Let's Glow Beauty. • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will be charged in full if the option to pay at the appointment is selected at booking, unless otherwise agreed with Let's Glow Beauty. • Refunds and reschedules for treatments can be made if cancellations are made before 48 hours of the appointment date. Refunds are applicable to single treatments only and refunds on abos are at the discretion of Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura. • Refunds for workshops and spa parties will not be issued due to third party providers being involved.
