Orders, Shipping & Returns 

Shipping policy 

Shipping is only available within Switzerland.

Shipping costs are as follows (up to 2kg):

Economy (B-Post) : CHF7.00

Priority (A-Post): CHF9.00

For packages requiring signature, an additional CHF2.00 is applied​

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout​

​

Orders over the value of CHF100.- are free of delivery charges (Economy only).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Some products may require longer shipping times but you will be informed of this.

​

Collections at your next appointment (for clients) is possible so please select this option at checkout.

Collection is not available for those who are not clients / do not have an appointment - standard postage applies and in the event that orders are made by non clients for this option, the order will be adjusted accordingly and in the worst case, cancelled.​

Returns & Changes  

We accept unopened and unused products should you return an item to us (within 14 days). Please note that in this case only the price of the item will be refunded - the original shipping costs and return postage costs will not be refunded. The refund will be processed after we have received the item (and its original packaging) and checked that it is in perfect condition.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange products from the SALE section. All sales are final and non-refundable. Items which have been opened or used cannot be returned.

If you would like to return at item, have just placed an order and realize that you have selected the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please email us immediately at info@letsglowbeautybylaura.com. In addition, you can exchange products that have already been shipped and are unopened, but you will have to pay both the return and reshipping amount yourself.

We accept most credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
