These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors skincare treatments and skincare products as well as workshops on request. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. It is strictly prohibited to copy, replicate, share or otherwise use any parts of the website, content, questionnaires, consent forms, aftercare cards, routine cards or any other material provided to you, without the consent of Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura. The website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. By accessing the website, sending requests, completing forms either on the website, via Google Forms or in any other method, you are aware that you are responsible for the sending of the information and submitting information which is true, accurate and up to date. In the event of any change in that information, it is your responsibility to inform Let's Glow Beauty by Laura.

All treatments are cosmetic and are not intended to imply otherwise. Let's Glow Beauty by Laura does not provide medical treatments. The use of clinical grade products are within the range of those permitted in cosmetic studios only. In the event that a Service is requested for a minor (under the age of 18), the parent and / or legal guardian is responsible for the completion (together with the minor) of the information requested for the Service and it is the responsibility of the parent and / or legal guardian to consent or decline to any and all relevant and / or requested terms and conditions. In the event of a decline, the Service will not be possible. Likewise, in the event that the terms and conditions are not approved on the form, the Service will not be possible. Minors under the age of 18 are required to have a parent and / or legal guardian present at the appointment.

When booking an appointment or workshop, or buying a product, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to book a treatment, book a workshop or buy a product and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the treatment, workshop or product and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed in CHF on the website unless otherwise stated.. We reserve the right to change our prices for services and products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Any treatments, services, or products purchased during sale promotions — such as Black Friday, or where otherwise advertised as a promotion, offer, or sale — are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the specified time limit.

Black Friday Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Structure

1.1. The total service fee is non-refundable.
1.2. Clients can choose a payment plan:

• 50% deposit due at booking

• Remaining 50% split into 2 equal monthly installments
  1.3. Selecting the “Rest in Person” option at checkout means that invoices for the remaining two installments will be sent over the following 2 months.
  1.4. Each installment is due on the same day of the month as the deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
2.2. Payment is considered received once funds are credited to our account.

3. Late Payment

3.1. If an installment is not received by the due date, a 5% late fee per month will apply to the overdue amount.
3.2. Services may be suspended until all payments are received.
3.3. Failure to pay within 14 days of the due date will result in the full remaining balance being immediately due.
3.4. Clients are responsible for any collection costs in accordance with Swiss law.

4. Non-Refundable

4.1. All payments, including deposits and installments, are non-refundable under this Black Friday offer.
4.2. No refunds will be given for cancellations, missed appointments, or unpaid installments.

5. Acceptance

By opting for this payment plan, the client agrees to pay the full amount and accepts these terms in full.

Suitability of any purchases of items made on the Black Friday sale are the responsibility of the buyer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of skincare products and accessories from us.

 

By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of our website and products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products and Descriptions

We offer a range of skincare products. Please be aware that the specifications, packaging design, product formula, and manufacturer claims for our products may change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and images on our website, but we cannot guarantee this.  We cannot guarantee that the colors and images of products on your device will be accurate. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.  Product descriptions are not in any way guaranteed results and are not intended to provide claims to successfully treat skin issues. Products are for cosmetic home use only unless otherwise stated and may or may not be suitable for your skin and may or may not benefit for your skin. It is the responsibility of the consumer, to decide if a product is or is not suitable for their skin.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through major credit card and other methods indicated on our website. Payment is required at the time of order placement. If payment is not authorized or is reversed, we may cancel your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Switzerland only. Shipping fees, delivery times, and options will be provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors. Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other third parties.

For pre orders, the anticipated date of dispatch is a guidance only and delays may occur outside of the control of Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura.​

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@letsglowbeautybylaura.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

7. Warranty and Liability

We ensure that our products are free from defects at the time of shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us and send us a photo of the damaged item within 14 days for a repair, replacement, or refund. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data or those in relation to the use of the products. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected product or service.

Additionally, Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura does not guarantee that the products will be suitable for the customer’s specific use or that they will achieve a particular result. It is the responsibility of each individual to check the suitability of the products or services they purchase. 

 

Caution In Use:

1. In case of having side effects such as a red rash, swelling and/or itching while using the products, or in case such symptoms appear by direct sunlight or after using it, consult a dermatologist.

2. In general, exercise caution on skin prone to eczema, dermatitis or other skin conditions.

3. Please consult your doctor if in family planning stages, pregnant or breastfeeding before starting any new skincare products.

4. Keep it out of reach of children and store away from direct sunlight.

5. We recommend doing a patch test on your wrist or behind the ear before using any new product. We also recommend gradual introduction of new skincare products into your routine 

6. Product descriptions are not in any way guaranteed results and are not intended to provide claims to successfully treat skin issues. Products are for cosmetic home use only unless otherwise stated and may or may not be suitable for your skin and may or may not benefit for your skin. It is the responsibility of the consumer, to decide if a product is or is not suitable for their skin.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.

 

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction;

• Infringing on our or others’ intellectual property rights;

• Transmitting harmful code such as viruses or malware;

• Collecting or tracking others’ personal information;

• Engaging in fraudulent activities.

Violations of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services.

Terms & Conditions: Treatments & Appointments

​

1. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

​

Appointments & Workshops

Cancellations / reschedules can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time. ​

​

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will not be refunded if paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with Let's Glow Beauty. 

​

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and no shows will be charged in full if the option to pay at the appointment is selected at booking, unless otherwise agreed with Let's Glow Beauty.

 

Refunds and reschedules for treatments can be made if cancellations are made before 48 hours of the appointment date. Refunds are applicable to single treatments only and refunds on abos are at the discretion of Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura. Refunds on sales or promotions may not be possible. Appointments made within 48 hours of the appointment date and time, automatically fall under the cancellation and reschedule policy.

2. Time management

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment but in the event that you are running late for the actual appointment time, we ask you to inform us. If you arrive late, it may result in the treatment being shorter than booked and paid for, which may result in some steps of the treatment not being possible or you may be asked to reschedule the appointment entirely. Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, in which case the deposit nor the full treatment price will not be refunded.

 

3. Payments

Payment can be made by various payment options at checkout. In the event that you are trying to book and experiencing difficulty, please get in touch.

In the case of payment of extras, products or booking appointments in the studio, payment by cash, card or TWINT is possible. We prefer that appointments are made in advance and cannot guarantee availability for walk ins.

 

4. Parking

Parking is available at the studio or closeby. Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura is not responsible or liable for any damage caused while making use of the parking facilities in or around the business address – you solely take the risk and responsibility in the event of damage or theft. Parking may require payment, which is the sole responsibility of the customer. Parking costs, fines or any related costs incurred will not be borne by Let's Glow Beauty by Laura. 

 

5.  Right to suspend services

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Laura Curatolo and Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

7.  Risks & Responsibilities regarding treatments

Potential Risks

Any cosmetic treatment carries potential risks and complications. These may include, but are not limited to, redness, swelling, irritation, allergic reactions, or unforeseen complications despite a consultation and where required, a patch test.

​

If Let's Glow Beauty by Laura feels that a certain treatment, product or technique may not be in the best interests of the client, the treatment may be refused. The client undertakes these risks by their own choice.

​

Individual Responses

Individual responses to treatments vary, and results cannot be guaranteed. The outcome may depend on factors such as skin type, health conditions, and adherence to the recommended treatment plan and the aftercare instructions. Desired outcome cannot also not be guaranteed.

Aftercare Responsibilities

Failure to adhere to the aftercare instructions of treatments may affect the outcome of the treatment.

​

Informed Consent

Questionnaires for certain treatments are mandatory before the appointment. We ask that you complete this ahead of time to be able to identify any allergies, potential changes that may need to be made to the treatment or to allow us to cancel or reschedule depending on the information provided. Information provided on the questionnaire is assumed to be true and that treatments are attended on the understanding that we work off only what has been disclosed to us. The questionnaire helps ensure that we can deliver the best treatment possible for you without putting you at risk. We use Google Forms in order to obtain information on your health status, medical history and any information deemed relevant to skincare treatments. Providing such information allows us to, as far as possible, assess the suitability of a treatment.

Medical Conditions and Medications

It is expected that all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications are disclosed as certain health conditions or medications may impact the safety and effectiveness of the treatment and in some cases, be a contraindication for a treatment.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an unforeseen emergency or adverse reaction during the treatment, Let’s Glow Beauty by Laura is authorized to take necessary actions, including seeking emergency medical assistance if required and contacting the emergency contact listed on the form.

By reading and accepting these terms and conditions, Let's Glow Beauty by Laura is released from any liability caused by unforeseen complications, adverse reactions, or unsatisfactory results that may arise from the skincare treatment(s) including damage, injury, loss or any other potential liability resulting from any skincare treatment, product recommended or sold or any other activity performed by Let's Glow Beauty by Laura. Liability is excluded as far as permitted by law in the case of gross negligence and malicious intent.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes may be applied to full priced treatments only and may not be used against treatments or services  that are already discounted or on promotion including launch treatments, sale treatments, model treatments. Loyalty discounts may only be redeemed against full priced treatments, but may be earned on promotional treatments and services. Loyalty discounts may not be used against model treatments and loyalty points are not earned on these treatments. Any and all discounts are only permitted to be used against fully priced treatments. The same principle applies to products, workshops and any other paid services offered by Let´s Glow Beauty by Laura. If an individual is found to be abusing the use of discount codes, the code will be withdrawn immediately and treatment, services and product sales blocked. Discounts may not be cumulatively used, one discount per treatment only is permitted.
