How do I earn points?

• Earn 1 point for every CHF 1 spent on treatments.

• Points are earned on full-priced treatments and promotional treatments.

• Model treatments (free or discounted for training or content purposes) do not earn points.

• Points are not earned on products, but your 10% client product discount remains.

• Birthday points are reserved for our loyal clients only

How do I redeem points?

• 300 points = CHF 15 off your next visit.

• Redemption applies once per visit, even if you book multiple treatments.

• Points can only be redeemed on full-priced treatments.

• Points cannot be redeemed on promotional, discounted, model treatments, or products.

 

Outstanding Referral Rewards

• Referral discounts will be converted by 31 Dec 2025 or can be used before 31 Dec 2025.

Old Loyalty Card (30% on every 5th visit)

• You can continue using your old card until 31 Dec 2025 or convert earlier.

• Any unused rewards will automatically be converted into points afterward equivalent to the number of visits left.

• Bonus points can help you reach your first reward faster than waiting for the 5th visit!

How do I check my points balance?

• You can see your points anytime in your account on our website or app. Points are updated automatically after every eligible treatment has been paid for.

Can I combine points with other discounts?

• Points cannot be combined with promotional, discounted, model treatments, or products, but they can be redeemed alongside standard treatment pricing.

Can I redeem points for multiple treatments in one visit?

• Points redemption is applied once per visit, regardless of how many treatments you book.

 

What happens if I cancel or reschedule a treatment?

• Points are only awarded for completed treatments. If you cancel or reschedule, points will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Do family or friends share points?

• Points are individual and cannot be combined or transferred between accounts.

 

How does referral work with points?

• Refer a friend and you both earn points — you’ll receive 200 points when they complete their first booking, and they’ll get 100 welcome points! Unused referral discount will not be lost, it will be converted accordingly by year end. 

 

Are points awarded on packages or bundles?

• Points are earned on full-priced packages and bundles, but cannot be redeemed on promotional packages.

 

Can I use points for future bookings?

• Yes! Points are applied when you book and pay for your next full-priced treatment — so you can plan ahead for your rewards.

 

How do I know when I’ve reached a reward?

• Your progress bar or points tracker in your account shows how close you are to your next reward, making it easy to see your milestones. You will also receive a notification when you have reached the number of points required for a discount.
