Clear Complexions: Demystifying Skincare with Korean Beauty Insights

On 8th May, Let's Glow Beauty by Laura was invited to co host a workshop with Sinless Skincare (https://www.sinless-skincare.ch/) for the new expat club opened in Zurich - a foundation which helps expats and Swiss alike find friends and useful contacts, provides a platform for regular meetings an supports small businesses , start ups and artists. They have over 40,000 followers and host a series of events out of Office LAB Rieterpark in Zurich (https://www.good-friends.org/our-story)

The workshop covered the basic anatomy of skin, skin types, common skin issues and changes, routine basics as well as key ingredients in Korean products at each stage of the routine. It also looked into Korean Beauty, the concept and the innovation behind it as well as diving into the key differences to Western beauty with Lisa, an expert in Korean products and the beauty market.

We concluded with a "Skinbar" and a glass of prosecco, where the attendees could try products themselves with Lisa and myself to answer all questions and make recommendations.

The workshop was a great success and we look forward to the next one together!

Der Workshop befasste sich mit der grundlegenden Anatomie der Haut, Hauttypen, häufigen Hautproblemen und -veränderungen, Grundlagen der Pflege sowie den wichtigsten Inhaltsstoffen koreanischer Produkte in jeder Phase der Pflege. Der Workshop befasste sich auch mit koreanischer Schönheit, dem Konzept und der Innovation, die sich dahinter verbirgt, sowie mit Lisa, einer Expertin für koreanische Produkte und den Schönheitsmarkt, mit den wichtigsten Unterschieden zur westlichen Schönheit.

Zum Abschluss gab es eine "Skinbar" und ein Glas Prosecco, wo die Teilnehmerinnen die Produkte selbst ausprobieren konnten und Lisa und ich alle Fragen beantworteten und Empfehlungen aussprachen.

Der Workshop war ein grosser Erfolg und wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten gemeinsamen Workshop!
